Yaak Meadows offers the perfect setting to get away from it all. Sitting on 15 acres in Northwest Montana, our 2,300-square-foot house is the ideal home base for your outdoor and sightseeing adventures. Our newly remodeled house has three bedrooms that will easily sleep six, a full and a half bath, and complete kitchen.

Off the 29-mile marker of the Yaak River Road, we have 1,500 feet of river frontage and views of Mount Henry. Decks wrap around the house on three sides and look out at the Yaak River, as well as acres of green grass, pine and aspen trees, and wetland pond.    

We also have plenty of space for tents to be pitched outside, as well as an RV. 

Sleeping Accommodations

Upstairs, our full-size master bedroom looks down on the living room, and has a queen bed and a half bath. With windows all around, wake up to views of the river and surrounding property.

Downstairs, we have two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed. Down the hall is a full bathroom that has been remodeled with a new sink, toilet, tub/shower combo and flooring.

Being on the river, Yaak Meadows has numerous boats that will allow you to enjoy the water. We have:

2-person, inflatable NRS kayak

1- to 2-person hard-shell Malibu kayak

2-person Old Town Discovery canoe

2- to 3-person John boat with xx engine
